  They seemed nice enough and friendly on the phone when they booked inspection time. The owner wished to attend and we allowed it, we didn't have to let them in but thought sure why not. We're renting so real estate and owner enter the property for a standard 3 month inspection, all smiles "Wow so clean". I spent an entire week making sure house was perfect, I weeded front and back yard and garden by hand, was on my hands and knees and scrubbed every nook and cranny to make sure everything was clean, scrubbed the carpet and vacuumed everything, wiped down every wall and corner and cupboard and shelf, fans, light switch, doorknob, window sill, removed any cobwebs, dusted, I even pressure washed the tiles twice outside and scrubbed them twice with bleach.
  
  They come in all smiles compliment how clean the property is, and then go out of their way to look for something, anything at all to send scathing notice for. I missed 3 spots back sliding door slat, laundry cupboard one shelf had a couple dirt kitty pawprints and a little bit of dirt from outside I missed under our washing machine. I just got a scathing email from Harcourts advising us of these small nooks that require cleaning. Incredibility petty and rude individuals to sink to that level. Probably trying to impress the owners, "look we found something this tiny smidgen of dirt, we'll get em"
